He
Still Speaks
Introduction:
God has always made it a point to stay in
contact with mankind. In the days
of Abraham, he spoke directly to the fathers. He then chose to speak through
Moses to His people. He also employed the use of prophets to speak on His
behalf to the people of Israel. Today, He speaks to us in a different manner. How
does He do it?
I. The Bible Declares Itself to Be Alive

dead message written from dead men.

III. We Cannot Hide Who We Are from God
A.
We sometimes think we can hide who we are from those around us,
including God.
1.
The Bible is able to reveal us to ourselves.
2.
When you study with an open heart, the Bible will work on you more
than anyone else.
B.
When we truly understand what a Christian is, we study because we
want God to take us apart and put us back together again.
1.
The only way we can be the person God desires of us is to study
His word and allow it to change us.
2.
If we are afraid to study because we fear finding out about
ourselves or discovering God’s view of us, we need to change our perspective.
a.
We can discover what we need to know about ourselves while there
is opportunity to change.
b.
Or we can wait and find out at judgment.
Conclusion

order to live in eternity with Him.
